Okay Erin, I did the full "15-minute workout" this time and it took 40... But actually WOW this kicks butt! Used 15lb dumbbells for lunges and split squats, and 35s for deadlifts and squats. Anyone have tips for squatting with dumbbells? Because I definitely wasn't holding the weights right

Way too cold outside so hit some laps on the world's crappiest indoor track with MSURC. hoped on to some of the guys' intervals and did 3 200m pickups. Would've sucked, but having people made it worthwhile :)

Greg's middle Denmark training video- GoPro and map. Again, very useful. Looked super fun. I like being able to connect terrain to map in my head without having to come up with my own visualization.
