Goal time for girls' A final was 32:24. Mistake at 10 cost me the race, but up until then it was going decent ish- still making mistakes right before the circle but correcting reasonably well. Could have benefited from better precision and pushing harder. This was a good test of where I'm at, and a reminder that if I want to make the A final, I'll have to have a perfect race.

Mount Tammany. Super dead, lost the guys right away. Walked a lot of the uphill, flew down the downhill with Ian. A Penn State grad that just moved to Stroudsburg joined us, had some good convo about chem E and getting past the process-based classes

completely screwed up the first control, map didn't have trails and I figured I could take the trail in generally the right direction without checking my compass or location. Nope. This kind of terrain you need to know where you are 100% of the time. Needless to say I only got through like half the course.
