Another middle simulation at the first official JWOC training. Went well up until 8 when I thought the green area south of the hill was the marsh. Bad route choice to 11 that was 3+ minutes slower than taking the trail. Completely botched 12, there was another ride parallel to the one going out of 11 that wasn't on the map, and I spent 4-5 minutes wondering where the control was

Sprint training in Silkeborg. Had some issues reading the whole leg and wound up in a trap early on. Also need to focus on when to dial in and look up instead of reading ahead.

Middle simulation. Went well until I lost a minute at 11 frantically wondering which spur it was on before realizing I was on the right spur, just above it; and 2 minutes on 12 taking the wrong reentrant up to the wrong hilltop. Lost a bit of time exiting 8 as well as hesitations here and there. Could've ran faster, but happy I was able to make sense of everything pretty well the whole time.

Loved the woods, my gut did not love me though and got to the point where I was stopping several times a minute because I physically couldn't run. Walked when I could, cut a lot of the course. Really screwed up the first part, stomach pain was detracting focus, but also I can't orienteer??

Not sure why all my 45s were slower than my 60s but happy with the effort
