preact, 6xlunges, 85 min long run, 30 HOH drills, hip mob, strength x, ass class, stretch, rope, roll, ice

Last practice until I return in September! Did whole thing on road because trails were crappy. Good long run and got to break in the new shoes. I'll miss everyone, so it was kind of bittersweet.
