Ran my fastest 5k ever to pass the 28 minute time for the 5k test. Mike is the only reason I was able to do it though, he motivated me to not walk and keep running. Even though I did throw up afterwards.

Only got to run 1/2 of the Progressive course and we had to do it in a group because someone got stung earlier today.

Took a test over control descriptions and what they meant. I passed with an 80, and you needed an 80 or higher to pass.
