Glorious sunshine. A perfect day for a run in the Bendigo forest with wattle in full bloom.
Very happy with this run with no major time loss.

I was excited to be able to race, after feeling like a cripple just 2 days ago - not being able to walk more than 100m at a time. The physio session on Thursday evening did wonders for my hip flexor tightness.
