| The good news is that the physio says that it is not a hamstring tear.
The bad news is that he doesn't know exactly what the issue is. Today I seem to have pain around the right hip and upper leg, but I can't figure out if that is from all of his poking and prodding, or if it is the same as the original injury!

| Winter Classic Day 2 and Badge Event at Kooyoora.
I felt my sore hamstring during the warm up. I was hoping that it would get better after I'd warmed up, but it never did. During the race it was fine on the flat and downhill, but I had no power on the uphills with only 1 good leg to drive from. I think I lost a bit in the splits to Ben in most of the uphill legs. Other than that, my run was great. My navigation and route choices were solid all the way around, and I ran solo all the way. I ran hard when I could, and slowed down when I needed to navigate carefully. My route to 8 was a little too far left, leaving me with a steep and rocky descent. I picked some good route choices on the green legs, but may not have been as lucky as some with animal tracks on occasions. A pleasing run considering my injury, and I was happy to win the Winter Classic by 3.5mins over the 2 days. RouteGadget link: http://www.bendigo-orienteers.com.au/gadget/cgi-bi...
