| A wet morning - not very pleasant for running.
I was in an ordinary mood anyway after the Crows poor performance at the Gabba.
This was my longest run for a couple of weeks, and I got through it ok, although I felt a little unfit.
However it was enough to make me feel like I am ready to get back into some proper training again. |
