My plan is for 2016 to involve more longer runs, with the World Rogaine Champs on the agenda for July.

Running long 1:32:32 [2] 17.0 km (5:27 / km) +185m 5:10 / km

Final run for 2015, and probably one of the warmest. I finished by 9:30am, but it was already well over 30 degrees.
I was able to keep in the shade for most of the run along the river through Yarra Bend Park.

No run, but I spent 90 minutes bowling to the U12 rep cricket team in the nets in the heat.

Great views over Adelaide on the run down the Ridge Top Track.

Two Jetties Fun Run
Glenelg to Brighton and return
Beach running, although mostly firm sand, and very windy.

4th overall, 2nd M40-49.
15 seconds faster than 2014.

Headwind out in 16:55, but flew back in 14:55
