It was a good field of M35-55 runners today.

I mucked up number 6. I thought I was approaching in the middle gully, but was actually in the east gully. I wasn't too sure where I was and wandered too low on around the control circle before I really knew where I was. I almost stumbled on it, but lost another minute.

I should have just followed Ben Goonan and I would have been fine.
I caught him again at #9, but I was only fast enough for second today.
