For no particular reason I felt some left hamstring tightness again today. I pulled up well yesterday with no issues at all.
Hopefully this is just a minor setback, but I will need to defer my faster sessions for a bit longer.

I felt terrific today, although I limited myself to Torren's pace hoping to avoid any hamstring issues like last Tuesday.

Once again we couldn't go to Bendigo, so we made the best of our local forest today.

I introduced Mason to the Melbourne Forest Loop
We started at a good pace, but slowed a little as a we got into the steeper hills

I spent a bit of spare time updating the map and making a corridor course for him. There are still quite a few tracks that are incorrect, but the map is good enough for the corridor course.
