For no particular reason I felt some left hamstring tightness again today. I pulled up well yesterday with no issues at all. Hopefully this is just a minor setback, but I will need to defer my faster sessions for a bit longer.

I spent a bit of spare time updating the map and making a corridor course for him. There are still quite a few tracks that are incorrect, but the map is good enough for the corridor course.
