MTB ride in the rain up Merri Creek.
Northcote Golf Course is still a very popular public park in the rain with hundred of people enjoying the outdoors for their allowed 2hrs. It will be interesting to see what happens when golf returns.

Torren tried out the automatic punching on his Garmin watch.
I used my GPS phone. Both worked well.

I ramped up the pace, but about half way around my left calf tightened up. I eased off the pace for the remainder of the course.

Waited all day for the boys to get ready for a run, but in the end they wanted to do their own thing.
By then it had turned into a perfect evening with no breeze. I felt fresh and fast on this longer run.
