Took 2 very slow miles to warm up, but then felt good. No issues.

HRV very low, not sure why. Crazy week catching up to me? Focused on foam rolling and PT exercises. Knee sore. Treadmill?

Treadmill easy pace test. 2% incline, 10:54 pace. Could have gone faster. Mentally tough to be on the treadmill for an hour. Legs felt dead afterward. Kept breathing rate to 3/4 - because my glutes are lopsided I am trying to eliminate any possibility of favoring one side. 3/3 would always have me starting with the same leg.

Fighting a cold, felt lousy. Went very easy, strides at the end. Very cold and windy, jog instead of walk between strides to keep from getting too chilled. Knee sore
