Phisically it was an OK race for me... No tiredness and these things. Technically not OK. Sometimes I feel that the eighteen year old me is a better orienteer than me. Several mistakes, three big ones (2min, 2x1min, 2x30min). Hopefully caused by the four week training without any high-speed orienteering (cause my slowly ended soleus injury).
