didn't feel great on this run. Was waiting for the body to get into gear, but it never really happened. Had some good hills in this run.

thought I was on track for a PB (18:59) after I ran up a hill I usually only make halfway up before having to take a sneaky walk. but was still a few seconds off my pre-easter time.

Haven't been consistent with gym work lately. Did mostly upper body and core, but some glute exercises also. Was rather sore afterwards.
