Mt Coottha run
Was totally brutal today. Went with James, Dylan and Dan, which was really good - they're all just a tad faster than me. Doing this run not totally fresh after 2 decent sessions the days before just made it really hard. Will need some solid recovery time after this one.

Was a tad tired after Saturday's run. But still felt like I ran pretty well. Nav was good at times, and felt a bit rusty at other times. Would be good to do one more sprint training before I leave.
