O at Prince WIlliam Forest. Woods beautiful as always. Crazy weather. T-storm when leaving the house, sunny and 60 in the woods! Then sleet 10 minutes after the race and an hour of rain...40 deg. Now its 25 with 30 MPH winds.

Road run in Roland Park with Rockhouse map (last loop from this year's Highlander). Got dark halfway through the run, so just ran the second half at mod. pace. Warm enough for shorts.
