Sunday Aug 4

orienteering 1:36:04 [5]12.9 km (7:27 / km)
Long course at French Creek East. Extremely hot and humid. Lots of climb.

Blue - Splits

Friday Aug 2

road run 51:41 [3]12.5 km (4:08 / km)
roland park.

Thursday Aug 1

cycling 1:13:15 [5]24.95 mi (2:55 / mi)
pushed hard. 20.7 inbound, 20.1 outbound. Hot as hell. Need to drink more water. Running out each way every trip now. If I could reduce leg muscle pain, or somehow ignore it could probably push harder. It never seemed this hard before. I must be rusting.

Wednesday Jul 31

road run 42:12 [3]9.95 km (4:14 / km)
Roland Park. Bloody humid.

Tuesday Jul 30

cycling 1:15:30 [4]24.95 mi (3:01 / mi)
work commute

Monday Jul 29

hiking 20:00 [2]1.0 mi (20:00 / mi)
Hauling all my shit from the baggage claim to the train and transfer to bus. Of course, Northwest comes in on claim #3, which is like half a mile from the other end of the terminal where the train is. A/C was out on the train. Miserable 1.5 hour ride.
