Warm up with map.
orienteering 1:18:18 [5]12.4 km (6:19 / km)
Blue Day 5. Rattlesnake Hill map, Wyoming. Lots of beaver activity on this map made crossings a crapshoot. And there were lots of crossings. I was reminded of a West Point course.

Warm up on the Twin Boulders map before the relay.
orienteering 42:07 [5]7.8 km (5:24 / km)
Crystal Relay, leg 4. Diamond Bay map, Wyoming. Made an error right in front of the crowd. Looked right ath the tree the control was hanging on but didn't see the bag. Made things exciting right near the end, as the wolves were rapidly eating up the lead my team gave me.
trail run 10:00 [2]0.5 km (20:00 / km)
warm down - a little with James and Eric.

Note
Walked the White course with Mark Voit and Michaela and checked out the mapping around Blue #7

Warm up with old forest meadows map along the road to the start.
orienteering 37:45 [5]6.55 km (5:46 / km)
Team Trials day 1 at Forest Meadows. Probably my best short course ever. Thanks to Randy who shouted slogans at me late in the race. "Go for the burn!" "Push it - this is the Team Trials!" "VO2 max!" etc.
road run 5:00 [2]0.5 km (10:00 / km)
Cool down.
