I'm whupped. Pulled an all-nighter to finish talk #1. Got it done right on time by 8:30 AM. Delivered it 10:00-10:30. Then a 30 min break, followed by talk #2 which was only 15 mins. Loooong night at the office. I think it went OK. I talk too fast when I'm nervous, but thats a good thing sometimes...barely finished inside the limits.
C • Do you run too fast when you're nervous, too? 2

Wednesday Oct 26

trail run 42:51 [3]10.1 km (4:15 / km)
Roland Park. Sour stomach again. Thought I could manage a run, but about halfway through it was just toture. Stopped to walk a couple of times. Have to work on these talks tonight and tomrrow so can't afford any down-time. Ugh.
C • Stomach, schmomach... 2

Tuesday Oct 25

road run 52:00 [3]12.55 km (4:09 / km)
Roland park in the cold rain. Legs felt much better, although my left quad cramped going down the stairs to the shower...its never done that before. I wonder if the temperature had anything to do with it. Now its sore. Waaaah. 52:00.00 to the thousandth!
