* Decided to go on a longer run b/c it was in the evening and not so hot out
* Legs were kind of sore all over, but no specific pain anywhere

* Arms were really sore from Tuesday's wrokout but I got through it and it felt good in the end

* Did some hovers today along with crunches (I still can never get my abs to be sore the next day and it really pisses my off!)

* My arms are exhausted b/c I haven't done body pump for like 3 weeks
* Also did 1 set of 15 on the leg extention

* I hadn't biked with since last year so it was fun, but by the end my legs were shaking

* I didn't drink any water any water prior to running (5 PM) so it wans't that easy

* later on (at work) the insides of my knees hurt really bad
