McLean Park intervals with Matt. Similar session to last week, just changed the order a bit. 3 min, 2 min, 1 min x 2 with rest equal to the next effort. Can't really progress the sessions at the moment because Matt is still struggling with a bit of an injury but it felt as though he was running a bit better tonight. I wasn't feeling the need to run as much wider than him as I did last week.
