Long run from Bailey Rd out to Little Possums and back with Rachel. Foot pretty good from the start and never got any worse. Started to feel pretty good after running up the hill from Martin Rd about half way through. Rachel started pushing the pace a bit at that point but once I convinced her to slow down the rest of the run felt very easy.

Final pump class for the year with CC. Tough getting up for this one after getting to bed about 12:30am after tennis. Foot very sore when I got up so just a slow walk to the gym. Slow walk home as well, foot feeling much better but legs were stuffed from squats and lunges. Crouching slightly to unload the dishwasher later was enough to make my legs start shaking.

Pennants vs Loton Park. First loss of the season, winning the first 4 sets and then losing the next 4 to go down by one game 41-42. All of my sets were the long ones so had no rests, 7-6 (7-4) 7-5 with Jerone, 6-7 (8-10) with Ian and 4-6 with Cam. Lost the final set on a sudden death point with a lot of other games also going to sudden death points. Ankle very sore by the end.

Did a little warm up of 8min on the bike and 5min on the rower.
Class today was almost all boxing in sets of 10/20/30/40/50/40/30/20/10 with squats, burpees and v ups between.

Easy lap of KP. Still struggling for motivation (this run was supposed to happen on Sunday) but did eventually get out and lumber around. Foot relatively good.
