Noticed last week that CC's pump class was back on the gym timetable so thought I'd better get back into it. Arrived about 15 minutes early and did a warm up on the bike, then Rosalie turned up and told me it had only started up again last week after a lot of lobbying from her. Just did half the usual weights today to try to ease back into it but there were quite a few push ups (about 40-50 I think) so still expect to be sore tomorrow. Enough to have my arms shaking while trying to get myself breakfast afterwards.

At least 5 min walk, 3k slow jog on flat firm surface, another 5min walk.
A little bit of pain wandering around the heel for the first 10-12 minutes, then pain free for the rest. Real test will be how it feels at 5am tomorrow morning.
