Another pretty solid run around KP. Mix of hard and soft surfaces and in daylight for a change. Wasn't really prepared for the sun being above the horizon so had a bit of trouble running towards it at times.

Solid run around KP, mostly on hard surfaces because it was dark and I didn't take a headlamp. This was going to be an easy run but I saw Nic down near UWA and turned around to run with him. He said he had been for an incredibly slow run around the river because he ran a half marathon yesterday in the marathon relay but he was still going a lot faster than I had been and when he turned off I kept going at the faster pace.
