Last minute ride in KP, once each up May and Forrest then back down May to Saw Ave. Also rode over to Reabold with Liam in the morning for his pennants. Liam is getting sick so after playing tennis he wasn't feeling up to riding home so Rachel came and picked us up after getting back from Amy's tennis in Armadale.

Signed up for the medium course at Stratton (the spell checker suggests is should be Castration), but after seeing the behaviour of some of the local wildlife at the nearby skate park, I didn't feel comfortable with sending Amy off on her own so I tried to stay close to her instead. I was going to try to do an extra loop when she only had a couple to do but I was so distracted that I turned down the wrong street. Just as I worked out what I had done and made an alternative plan I heard trail bikes heading through the bush strip where I had left Amy so I abandoned and just tried to catch up to her again. Caught and passed her as she punched the last control but she out-sprinted me.

Jogged a few laps of the oval while the others were doing intervals. I think I managed to avoid getting sucked into running faster but my Achilles was still a bit sore afterwards.
