Watch kept telling me I should be doing tempo sessions so I thought I would try it's suggested session to see if it would stop nagging me. 2x18min @ 4:45, which sounded easy but felt quite hard with the hills and wind. Legs really hurting on the warm down, which I did much more slowly than I was supposed to.
