Warm up: lunges plus hip thrusts with med ball plus some stretching
5 sets, 10 reps ATG squats, 20kg
5 sets, 12 reps deadlift 40kg
4 sets, 10 reps inverse row 22.5kg

1 min of Russian twists with 5kg
3 sets, 12 reps, kettle bell swings with 12kg
