Circuits session at the gym. Got a bit out of hand. Good workout. Especially enjoyed the 'dead bug'. Very restful. Lots of running. Good warmup.

Heavy weights session with S. Didn't really expect my heartrate to get so high. I think this happened during the crazy rep deadlifts. Anyway did
Warm up: lunges plus hip thrusts with med ball plus some stretching
5 sets, 10 reps ATG squats, 20kg
5 sets, 12 reps deadlift 40kg
4 sets, 10 reps inverse row 22.5kg
1.30s plank
1 min of Russian twists with 5kg
3 sets, 12 reps, kettle bell swings with 12kg
