Screwed up pretty much every control. Running too fast probably should've looked at my map. My worst mistake was probably 14 where I went to my control 2 because I thought that's where the line went so I was convinced I was at the right control so I was walking about for like 2 minutes then looked at my map more closely and realised how bad at orienteering I am

Brutal run on the hill, all 11k on terrain. Went up onto hills then down to sea level then back to a different hill and zig zagged along. Pretty annoyed because when I went right down to sea my garmin says I was still at like 6m above sea level. It only registered 378m of climb which is absolute crap. On the OS map the hills are like 110m but garmin connect only had me 75 m above so it's pretty inaccurate. I counted 600m on the OS map so my Garmin was way off
