ORIENTEERING race (Twin Peak long) 33:04 [5] *** 5.1 km (6:29 / km) +207m 5:23 / km
spiked:19/21c shoes: inov8 mudclaw 300 green

blue course on the hill underneath old man of Coniston. had a nearly perfect race. lost a minute on long leg probably should've stopped at the control and made a plan. lost 30 second on 8 somehow wandered to hgh then looked bak and saw the contrl, slowed down into forest and picked off the controls. the area felt really runnable but I would've liked a longer course. was shorter than the light green at JK kilnsey last year. unfortanetly not quick enough to get overall twin peak m16 fin just beat me pleased wth today though
