jogged along the road and back to the house, did some stretches and a bit of rolling then set off

fast along the road, felt good. probably a bit of climb but just small ups and downs in the road. feel much more confident looking forward to midlands

Set off up a track then onto the ridge along sheep trods for the rest of the way home- really good fun happy to be running again

went up the back on the hill to test my calf. didn't feel it so thats good. my ankle was a bit sore but thats probably because they haven't been on terrain for ages

Warm up along the road- felt pretty good

Followed the physios instructions to try something faster if my calf could handle a 20min jog. Didn't feel it at all- really happy. Not surprised by my pretty high hr after not running fast for a month but I'm pretty happy.

Not going to be happy if we don't beat Chelsea tonight- Fellaini is going to get the winner
