Came 5th, 13th overall
Annoyed I couldn't get a clean run- screwed up 3 and 4 probably just being to hesitant but tbf the controls were just on no feature in a flat forest. Took 10 seconds at 4 to get a good route which worked because I got fastest split. Going along a path to 6 and looked up and saw Pete coming out of the control. Fell into the trap of thinking I was doing well which meant I started screwing up. Messed up 9, 10, 11, 12 and 14 in the circle. Bit frustrated but after yesterday I knew I had to do better so it was ok. Bit annoyed I thought today was just a long orange course and kind of thought it would be better

Came 13th 1:54 down on Stanley. Was running 4.45s which is slow running but probably the fastest i could've navigated through that campus. Lost round 20 seconds on a few but I will take it. Tomorrow should be good

Jog along the road super easy. Calf felt fine. Went to physio to try and sort out my cocksix. Turn out the muscles up in my ass had been making everything tight. She did quite a lot of work with my nerves and realeased and loosened off quite a lot. Something happened underneath my knee which is really sore when I walk but she said it's fine, it's just because she released so much stuff. Just resting and icing today and tomorrow
