Tarn Hows. Way better than this morning nice open hill. My orienteering wasn’t great tbh need to read the map more often got too used to just running on the hill. Fun relay with some of seds at the end. Pretty sure I mispunched a few. Felt good tho

Chose not to do taynish 10k because it was so wet I would’ve got cold cycling back after, so did 6k up road and back. Wore full waterproofs it didn’t stop raining the whole thing just plodded along. Last 3k against headwind was absoloutely hell
