Orienteering- park somewhere in nianjing. Runnable and dry just not very hard. Felt pretty good considering it was 2am uk time.

Nice and clear in the dark before I china tomorrow. Not sure how much I’ll be doing but there will be some orienteering. Jet lag will kill me dunno how I’m gonna avoid getting ill with like hepatitis if you touch like fruit and stuff. Calf fine now which is good think I just pulled something maybe over stretching before hawkshead

Took it easy today because could feel top of calf a bit walking round school and that. Felt fine when I was running but good idea to cool it a bit

Calf tightened so bad on 7hr journey home last night. Felt better after this and in daylight cos no school the day but tightened again afterwards despite stretching. See how it is tomorrow but maybe could do with a bit of rest before China thirsdsy
