Arthur’s seat brown- mad race but enjoyed it. Unsure wether to do blue or brown felt shit before, but now afterwards feel great. Legs were pretty decent and felt quite good on uphill. Quite a few dodgy routechoices and quite a few mistakes in the gorse. Technically pretty bad but I was happy to run again and see how feel tomorrow. Couldnt get home so staying granny’s tonight but it’s good because I’ve been fed lots

Big weekend urban- felt ok surprised with how well airways reacted to this. Technically decent maybe lost a minute from not reading map closely enough a couple of times, luckily ice on junior course wasn’t too bad

Note

Cough finally clearing up. Got acupuncture today and hopefully that’ll help whatever is in lungs. HR calmed down too so this weekend in Edinburgh should still be good. Bit frustrating that I wasn’t even ill and felt fine but it basically had same impact on my training because I just didn’t too anything because i didn’t want it worse. Can finally start speed training after the weekend
