british champs-5th. pretty gutted tbh. took shite route choices over the hill on one and three and went wrong way off the top of the hill. felt like more than three minutes that i'd lost and fucked 4 too. joe sunley caught me and we both fucked five. 7 to 8 wrong route, went round when it was quicker going over this time and the unnecessary hills at start had taken so much out of legs that i was so slow on the path. scrappy to the finish after that.

can't seem to be able to orienteer this year was blaming it on fitness after JK but I feel great now and still can't have a clean run. hopefully next weekend ill do good but just annoying i did decent at SOL 2 and the lakes weekend but they aren't selection for stockholm. might just run 18 at lakes tbh blue 40-50 mins feels pretty short
