RUNNING 1:17:17 [3] 12.2 km (6:20 / km) +360m 5:31 / km
shoes: X-claw 275s

Long one- only 800m on the road the rest on the hill. Headed out along the big ridge all the way to the hill above dolphin bay-no dolphins but could see to Ben mor on mill and cruachan. Back along the other ridge to the trig point felt decent no idea what my hr was because it fell down after like 7s so I gave up. Sunny and quiet the whole way makes living here worth it

RUNNING 38:40 [3] 7.26 km (5:20 / km) +65m 5:06 / km
shoes: Inov8 roclite 290

Back to jogging of the bus after school. Wee blast for a mile along the straight toward the end at about 3.40s but not sure what the rest of the run pace was think it was v slow. Had nothing to go off because I logged it as an “other” instead of a run so kept getting km/h alerts which just meant I was trying to remember S2 maths speed distance time the whole way couldn’t figure it out. Hr strap fell down constantly so gave up with that and also regretted not wearing a headtorch. Enjoyed running again tho
