RUNNING 1:19:08 [3] 13.96 km (5:40 / km) +450m 4:53 / km
shoes: X-claw 275s

Failed attempt up cruach lusach. Set off in the wind and rain but thought I’d be able to make it up to the 460 summit. Coming up to the first ridge at the old digger the wind hit me so hard and I had to lean at 45 degree angle into wind. Got worse and worse and I couldn’t actually breath as the wind seemed to take the air out my mouth so decided it wasn’t worth it and turned round. That was the maximum turning point on the graph and we all know that at stationary points the rate of change is 0, hence my when i turned into the wind I was fully blown over and fell on the ground. Was quite scary so fled of the hill past mum and got really cold- thanks useless inov 8 cost - so was glad to get back down to a change of clothes in the car.

Pissed off the weather has ruined what should have been 2 longer runs today and tomorrow, was planning to go explore a natural bridge on the other side of cruach lusach today but couldn’t and tomorrow is 40mph- which means 70mph here. Ah well next weekend hopefully

RUNNING 59:01 [3] 8.8 km (6:42 / km) +161m 6:09 / km
shoes: Inov8 roclite 290

Taynish loop down the track and up the trail with philip and Alfie. Uncle is a bit unfit so this was his hard but my easy which is a bit sad. Nice to be running at a new level of easy though something feels beneficial about running for an hour at such an easy pace and hr. Need running as an escape from days which are otherwise a mad amount of school work (because our teachers have finally decided to start teaching the course) and revision for prelims in ten days. Also sad that the ten minutes on my phone before I go to bed is spent on logging this on attackpoint

RUNNING 45:26 [3] 9.64 km (4:43 / km) +88m 4:30 / km
shoes: X-claw 275s

2.9k warm up, 4.7k intervals and 2k cd home from school bus. Felt good, had luxury of no headwind and managed 3.23km for the last one which I’ll take. Turns out it was a mink that killed the chickens got all our neighbours. Don’t even know what a mink is
