Dunrod hill brown, not great tbh 10 mins down on pete. Think my routes were ok just finding controls not great and last bit of map confused me with all the changing direction. Also fitness isn’t great still quite a bit worse than it was at uath lochans before flu- but I feel fine so don’t really know what to do. Good day out tho enjoyed it

RUNNING 46:09 [3] 7.7 km (6:00 / km) +100m 5:38 / km
shoes: Inov8 roclite 290

Taynish after school- over the hill then round the wee trail. Love the trails so nice to run on. If anyone was wondering the best way to prepare for a spanish speaking, it’s tanning a one litre Tesco choccy milk. 620kcal for £1.10 in Lochy the day easy win

RUNNING 19:31 [3] 3.5 km (5:35 / km)
shoes: Roadclaw 240

Absolutely raging after our geography teacher announced 5 minutes before our assignment that we couldn’t do it as she had to teach a third year class. So angry the whole day and was looking forward to venting my anger on the rowing machine while enjoying a show on MH370, but then one and a half minutes in the stupid machine broke and I have to buy a new one. Had to go outside for an easy 20 to stay sane

RUNNING 43:21 [3] 7.14 km (6:04 / km) +146m 5:30 / km
shoes: Roadclaw 240

Taynish off the bus- managed to squeeze this in between two 50mph storms and three assignments in 24 hours. Looking forward to dunrod hill brown on Sunday can’t come soon enough
Also brexit what a joke lol who thought this was a good idea. See what a mad idea is- scrap the House of Commons and every mad no deal brexit vote gets voted on by everyone in the country on like a iPad or something. What a class idea, pure democracy

RUNNING 47:36 [3] 9.51 km (5:00 / km) +105m 4:45 / km
shoes: Roadclaw 240

Intervals off the bus. My speed has gone badly downhill struggling at 3.40s 3.50s so not good. Confusing as was only ill for 10 days wouldn’t have thought I’d lost that much fitness. Resting hr is fine anyway.
