Early morning long one on the hill. Out and back to Barr na h-iolaire along the ridge, sunny and got warmer throughout which was nice. Garmin says 245m and Strava says 373m. Going with Strava but that’s a crazy difference there

40 mph winds meant a family bail to taynish. Rained for all of it but enjoyed it anyway as the trails were dry underfoot

One in the morning one en la tarde with a map. Doms pretty much gone so probably go for a taynish tomorrow. My new favourite revision break is 6 min/ks - so relaxing

Trying to get rid of doms. Went for 2k before lunch and then 2k before tea- just nice to get out too. Dunno what the best way to get rid of doms maybe this worked will see tomorrow but tbh wouldn’t be surprised if they are worse naturally
