Jk long actual time 79:11- much more positive today. Just slow and safe the whole way round as just needed a decent place, so micro navigated pretty much every leg which seemed to work well. Most of time loss- guessing cos England can’t do WinSplits- was bad routechoice especially on long leg. Going steady definitely helped physically but still took the gel at 19 for the last few. To be fair, normally hate it here but really enjoyed
this course and forest- the longer distance definitely makes it better. Relieved to finally get a solid result for Stockholm

Jk middle done rubbish. Took 6 minutes 5-6 going off 90 degree the wrong way even though was trying hard to use compass. Motivation was gone so just slugged round in the heat with Stan and fin in the distance who hasn’t even seen me when they overtook cos I was so far off. Ah well more my type of distance tomorrow just looking for a safe run

Was pretty happy with a solid race apart from the MP at 3. Just looked at the map and 3 wasn’t there but 4 was so missed it out completely. Was checking codes the whole way round to be safe as well. As clean as I’ll ever get in a sprint race which is a shame but ah well onto tomorrow. Woc is still on the cards
