Bit dead. Ankle is still sore but swelling has gone down and hopefully a few days of no running will do it well. Really enjoyed Stockholm was a great laugh and did enjoy the orienteering and the lush forest despite getting lost quite a bit. Have sort of concluded that my nav is lagging behind speed and letting me down. Orienteering with scotjos in two weeks, then British, then jircs, so will be a good laugh. But until then I’m looking forward to running without carrying a map. And doing one of the trail races at skyline which should be fun. Nothing to do at school except run and gym though so it will hard to rest the next few days
