Didn’t do the SOL just to be safe so ran to the start with eilidh and then up from the bottom of the hill. Nice forest and lovely vistas over loch tay

3 armed relay with Pete lol. Considered whether or not to log this but then again the shot of chilli sauce and egg to the stomach from Luke (which didn’t even crack) definitely got the HR into zone 5

Note

Took the weekend off to try and get rid of angle niggles and got physio tomorrow just to try get rid of it and probably realigning. Then dropped my foot on the floor in school today and felt like my ankle just shattered. Think my nerves might have gone wrong or something. Anyway not too bothered should be fine and I’m the meantime just rowing/spinning in free periods. Done an hour long row today without music and with no one in the gym which was probably the most mental suffering I’ve ever been through. Could use that as a form of torture I tell u
