Tempo up to meall cuanail (just off Cruachan) in about 50 minutes and down to meet mum and iris who stopped just above the snow line. Very snowy and cold and legs were pretty tired, struggled to get the hr above 170. Good fun though

Glen nant. Lost an si unit yesterday had absolutely no clue where, went up to the cairn twice and found it the second time somehow, was the best feeling ever. Sounded like everyone enjoyed the courses anyway and the sun came out. Shadowed iris round the green and she was flying
