Tempo on the hill, just over 40 mins and a minute improvement from 3 months ago, which is nice to see. Was mentally pretty tough as I’m lacking the motivation to run fast and push knowing that there won’t be any racing for some time. Think just aiming for once a week to keep some speed in the legs is what I’ll go for
