Taynish. Knee is all good. Basically bashed it on ice, over did it in the next few days and then had to take a fortnight off for it to mend.
Now I’m getting back into it my lower knee osgood schlatter type problem (which isn’t osgood shclatter) from last year has flared right back up. Think it’s just a shock after two weeks of rest

Up beinn sguilard with Alfie. Deep snow made it pretty tough going but good fun. Only ones on the hill
