A decent run today. I was surprised and happy with my second place, only 4 min behind alex. i have been doing so little training and i feel unfit and i still have a nagging cold. Area was a mixture of flat open farmland with orchards going up to a steep rocky rigde and over he top. My route choices were good and small mistakes cost me a few min here and there
