Orienteering race 16:02 [5] **** 3.29 km (4:52 / km)
spiked:15/18c shoes: Salamon Speed Cross

Fast and furious is the only way to describe this course. Was running at near max pace for the whole course, legs felt good except near the end where i was close to throwing up and cramping, at least i gave my all. Messed around with smallish errors on 3 controls. Nothing too major, most of the feld seem to have made the same error to number 8. I enjoyed the area, would be fun for a night o, not to technical but tricky in places. Ended up beating alex by around 30s, was please and the 3rd placed swede by over 2 min. Was worried when i heard he would be there but it seems that the high altitude got to him

Geocaching race 30:00 [3]

Geocaching race around the cullinan area. Another victory for our top team. Did a fair bit of running from the car down and up hills to search wildly for the hidden cache. About 30 min worth of exersise ranging from flat out sprinting to walking

Running 40:10 [4] 9.35 km (4:18 / km)
shoes: Salamon XAComp2

Went for a long run this afternoon. Was hopeing for cooler weather but it was still hot. Took a fair bit of strain on the run. Did not push for a fast time so i was around 2 min off my top times. Legs were heavy. Sundays run was at a bit more relaxed pace but still felt alot easier than this one

Tang Soo Do 1:30:00 [2]

Tough class with alot of ab work and high intensity sessions. Had a proper sweat going. Learned two new kicks and part of our first form. Got my white belt at last. Feet take a beating in these classes as they are not used to exersise bare foot.
