Orienteering race 20:18 [4] ***** 3.1 km (6:33 / km) spiked:18/22c shoes: Salamon Speed Cross
Was a very tricky one today made worse by the cold and rain. Took a nasty fall on the way to 13 killing my compass and one of the quick draws on my salomons. Strugggled to get in touch with the map messing up 3 conrols badly. Lost 1:40 to numbner 3, 1 min to 13 and 15-20 s to 14. Ither than this it was ok. Never felt really good though

Went for a short hard one to loosen the legs up before tomorrow. A fairly normal pace for the major part of the distance but then did 2 x 150+ m hill sprints at my max pace. those really finished me off quickly. Jogged back.
Hardest class so far, after the easy class on tuesday it was to be expected. Lots of core and strength work to start witht and then high speed stuff with no rest. HR was well over 160 most of the time as there was no rest time for up to 15 min at a time. Kicks are improving but i am limited to my right foot as i dont wanna hurt my left big toe any more than it is already. Looking forward to some technical O this weekend
Pretty easy class today. Did a few new moves and worked on our kicks. My toe does not like the impact from the kicks though. Some good deep streching before
