Running 40:06 [4] 9.35 km (4:17 / km)

Hardest run in ages. Legs felt really heavy and did noit feel up for the distance. Cheast was tight and that lead to a bad stich which would not go away and mind was just not in it. Time was about 1:30 slower than i can do the route on a good day, does not seem much but it gelt alot longer. It worries me that my cheast still is tight and has some fluid in it from my cold a few weeks ago.

A short but quick run, its getting very nippy in the evenings these days. Planing on a ong run in the next two days. adid not push hard until the last km to keep the pace up. Legs felt good and i clicked into a rythm early in the run

Pretty normal class, alot of sit ups and push ups. Followed by murder on off the quads with lots of squats and lunges, hope this helps for the hills at mohales. Then a bit of high intensity stuff.

A pretty good ride.was very slow in the begining but got going near the end. Legs still heavy, need to spend some more time on the bike.
